They line up with their wooden artillery
Firing shots across the valley
Formations are broken and then reformed
With the bravest of faces, they go to war

Cannonballs of ice fly through the lines of the enemy
Scattering chunks of snow, coal, sticks, and what’s left of round bodies
Snowmen fall one by one
But that doesn’t mean a soldier’s duty is done

Surrounded by all sides
Successfully caught by the crossfire
With nowhere left to run
You can hear the bullets come

Suddenly, the sharpest pain rips through your chest
Brings you to your knees, gasping for air you try your best
The darkness is closing in
